Courteney graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).  Courteney is fascinated by the abilities of the human body and is passionate about encouraging individuals to look after their bodies in promoting physical health and function and mental wellness. As an osteopath, Courteney aspires to provide patient-centred care through a range of osteopathic assessment and treatment approaches, while providing a management plan tailored to the patient’s individual goals and requirements.

Courteney’s ongoing interests in sport and exercise, including basketball and resistance training at the gym, have exposed her to the importance of maintaining optimal health and performance. Courteney is an adventure enthusiast with a love for the outdoors and enjoys camping, hikes and spending time with her cattle dog Rex


Courteney is available for appointments at both our Warrandyte(Monday & Wednesday) and Ringwood Clinic(Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday)

Yes we are OPEN for business with RESTRICTIONS and like everyone, trying to navigate the current “circuit-breaker” lockdown.

Our primary goal is to be part of the solution rather than the problem and we are committed to the health and safety of our staff and patients.

As it stands we can treat urgent conditions that are likely to significantly deteriorate without treatment. Unfortunately maintenance treatment doesn't qualify for hands-on Osteopathic care until the lockdown finishes -  although we can offer extensive advice/exercises and stretching plans to keep you going for now.

If you are needing an OSTEOPATH your options are

*If the condition is urgent, you can BOOK as normal (if you are unsure if this applies to you, don't worry we will screen all patients before they come to the clinic to make sure we are all playing our part)

*If your condition is not urgent please message/call/email us and we can provide you with plenty of other tricks and exercises to help for now.
